We are seeking a dynamic individual—ideally someone with F&B operations atau sekuriti experience and understanding human resource management—who can help drive operational excellence and strategic growth. The role includes analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies that align with our brand's goals, while working closely with stakeholders to strengthen our market position and profitability.
- Recruit, develop and transform our mobile barista workforce (30+ people)
- Create SOPs, KPIs and performance tracking to ensure achievement of the company goals.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap penjualan dan biaya penjualan. Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan analisis performa.
- Support event execution, ensuring all Kopi Triji events run smoothly—including occasional weekend work when required.
- Work on segregated projects and conduct business analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in relevant industry (e.g. ecommerce, tech, FMCG, or F&B) is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PPT (you should be prepared for a case study)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Able to think out of the box to have understanding on the market
- Strong analytical and communication skills
