Job Responsibilities
- Strategic content formulation for Aepura, ensuring every campaign aligns with brand positioning.
- Hero Product Narrative: Deep dive into one hero product at a time, defining its core selling points, content angles, and creating script frameworks for influencers.
- Content Aesthetic Control: Maintain the brand's visual and tonal consistency across all KOL outputs. Elevate the content from basic reviews to lifestyle and aesthetic-driven storytelling.
- Monitor content performance (organic views & engagement metrics) and continuously optimize the strategy based on data and market trends.
- Familiar with social media trends (especially TikTok & Instagram) and able to adapt strategies
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Familiar with beauty, skincare, or premium personal care industry.
- Minimum possess a Bachelor's degree from any majors.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Strategic, Content Strategic, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
