Responsibilities:
- Design KOL strategy — tiering, channel mix, and budget allocation — built against CPV/CPE targets
- Own full-cycle execution: sourcing, negotiation, briefing, production, publishing, tracking, and reporting
- Apply working knowledge of content mechanics (hooks, pacing, angle) to brief KOLs for performance, not just reach
- Monitor trends and translate them into timely, relevant briefs
- Maintain a live, accurate tracking system and lead weekly performance reviews, reallocating budget as needed
- Manage the KOL Intern's output and adapt strategy across the IDN, MY, and SG markets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle DTC
- Demonstrated, current knowledge of the Indonesian KOL landscape; familiarity with Malaysia and Singapore is a plus
- Ability to build and defend a CPV/CPE budget model with sound assumptions
- Proven operational discipline — structured tracking systems, not informal or memory-based methods
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
