Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and others
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct research, identification, and mapping of KOLs/influencers aligned with campaign objectives
• Manage outreach and build partnerships with KOLs/influencers
• Handle end-to-end campaign management, including timelines, deliverables, revisions, and publishing
• Prepare content briefs and ensure KOLs understand campaign objectives clearly
• Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance (views, engagement, conversion, etc.)
• Create reports and campaign analysis for evaluation and optimization
• Stay updated with social media trends to improve KOL strategies
• Fluently in english.
