What you'll be doing
- Identifying and vetting the most relevant and influential KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) within our target industries
- Negotiating and managing partnerships with selected KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) to ensure successful brand collaborations
- Creating engaging content and campaigns in collaboration with KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) to reach and convert our target audience
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of KOL (Affiliates / Influencers)-driven campaigns to optimize future strategies
- Staying up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
- Providing regular reports and recommendations to the marketing leadership team
What we're looking for :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting and managing KOLs to drive measurable results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers)
- Proficient in content creation, campaign management and performance analysis
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for brand building and a keen eye for emerging marketing opportunities
