What You’ll Do
1. Research, shortlist, and manage KOL & creators for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
2. Build genuine relationships with KOL from first contact to long-term collaboration.
3. Coordinate seeding, barter, and paid collaborations (briefing, timeline, deliverables).
4. Ensure content aligns with Flownelss’ brand voice, aesthetic, and values.
5. Monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and create simple reports.
6. Work closely with creative and marketing teams to support campaigns and launches.
What We’re Looking For
1. Communicative, detail-oriented, and good at building relationships.
2. Understands social media culture, trends, and creator ecosystem.
3. Loves fashion and has a good sense of brand aesthetics.
4. Organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple KOL at once.
5. Able to negotiate and communicate clearly with creators.
6. Experience handling KOL/creator partnerships is a plus.
7. Work from the office.
