Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist Dorskin

Job Description:

Identify and research potential influencers on Instagram and TikTok (beauty industry)
Support KOL recruitment and ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns
Handle administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns
Manage and maintain agreements with KOLs
Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with influencers
Monitor and improve program quality to ensure KOLs meet activity targets
Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist or KOL Intern, preferably in a beauty company
Strong interest and understanding of the beauty industry and trends
Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang
