As we continue to expand our reach and influence, we are seeking a motivated and skilled KOL Specialist to join our team. The KOL Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing key opinion leaders to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement across various platforms. Key responsibilities include researching and selecting suitable KOLs, developing and executing collaboration strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize future efforts. The ideal candidate will also support the creation of content plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that all activities align with the brand's overall communication goals. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
This position is available for HYBRID work arrangements. Fresh graduate with strong knowledge and understanding of KOL/Influencer Marketing. Strong ability in KOL research, selection, and rate negotiation aligned with campaign objectives. Solid understanding of digital performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CPE, ROI). Able to systematically document and recap the full campaign process. Capable of preparing performance reports and after-sales recap.
