Job Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and should have an interest in the skincare industry.
• Having a prior Business Development experience will be given preference.
• Must be proficient in at least one foreign language, English or Chinese
• Proficient in using major social media platforms, with preference given to candidates who actively manage personal social media accounts.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the TikTok platform will be an advantage.

Job Description

• Develop marketing campaigns involving KOLs by leveraging social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Build and maintain partnerships with TikTok creators to promote the brand and its products.
• Analyze TikTok creator trends, identify high-quality creators, and provide targeted collaboration recommendations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies, including defining target markets, brand positioning, and identifying effective marketing approaches.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends.
• Create measurable campaign plans that align with the allocated budget.
• Develop creative content, including visuals, copy, and videos, for various social media platforms to increase consumer engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content strategies.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Measure the ROI (Return on Investment) of each campaign.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and actively explore new creator content partnerships to enhance brand impact.
