Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies that align with brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Identify and Onboard KOLs
- Negotiate collaboration terms, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, and deadline
- Brief KOLs on brand guidelines, key messages, and content expectations
- Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely content delivery and posting
- Track KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, referral traffic, and conversions
- Stay updated with social media and fashion trends to recommend innovative KOL approaches.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Strong network or knowledge of fashion influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using influencer platforms/tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail
- Passion for fashion, branding, and storytelling
