Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs/influencers.
- Develop collaboration strategies tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance.
- Negotiate contracts with KOLs and ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL management or influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker in crafting KOL campaign strategies.
- Preferred: Strong network or connections with KOLs.
