- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Extensive network with beauty influencers/KOLS
- Proven ability to handle various types of talents, especially in the beauty industry
- Updated with TikTok, Instagram, and beauty industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys interacting with people and has a user-focused mindset
- Creative, with well-structured planning for both online & offline campaigns, and actively contributes to brainstorming new ideas
- Able to join immediately and willing to work from the office (WFO)
