Requirements:
- Experience in influencer marketing / KOL management (FMCG / beauty / grooming preferred)
- Understanding of TikTok and Instagram (algorithms, content formats, trends)
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics (ER, CTR, CVR, CPA)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Understanding of the urban male target market & grooming culture is a plus
Job Description:
- Conduct research and identify KOLs that align with Captain’s brand positioning
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns (outreach, negotiation, briefing, timeline, execution)
- Develop clear campaign briefs (content angle, key messages, CTA, functional highlights)
- Ensure content quality aligns with the brand’s tone and positioning
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Manage KOL budgets and ensure cost efficiency per result
- Build and maintain a database, as well as long-term relationships with potential KOLs
