Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end KOL/influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand, business, and regulatory objectives within the finance industry.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize KOL campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with financial KOLs, business influencers, investment communities, media partners, and agencies.
- Identify, source, evaluate, and onboard relevant KOLs/influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and financial communities.
- Ensure all KOL and campaign activities comply with financial industry regulations, company compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
- Lead campaign execution including briefing, negotiation, contract management, content review, approval process, timeline management, and deliverables tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Business teams to ensure accurate and compliant communication.
- Monitor campaign performance through data analysis and generate actionable insights to improve ROI, engagement, CAC, and conversion metrics.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, financial market trends, and emerging influencer opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency while achieving campaign KPIs and business targets.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality KOL database, including performance tracking, audience demographics, engagement quality, and partnership history.
- Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring related to influencer activities and public communications.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in campaign management, influencer handling, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles.
- Preferably experienced in handling campaigns within finance, fintech, banking, investment, insurance, or related regulated industries.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale KOL campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong network with financial KOLs, business influencers, agencies, media, and digital communities.
- Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance related to marketing communications is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or supervising team members is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Performance-driven, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Permata Hijau Kebayoran Lama South Jakarta.
