Job Description:
- Identify and research potential influencers on Instagram and TikTok (beauty industry)
- Support KOL recruitment and ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns
- Handle administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns
- Manage and maintain agreements with KOLs
- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with influencers
- Monitor and improve program quality to ensure KOLs meet activity targets
- Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist or KOL Intern, preferably in a beauty company
- Strong interest and understanding of the beauty industry and trends
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang
