- Job Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit suitable KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and agencies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, and campaign deliverables.
- Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with the Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain and update the KOL database, including performance, pricing, and audience insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creators.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of influencers, KOLs, or MCNs.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or collectibles industry.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing trends.
