We specialize in building engaging gaming communities and providing high-value experiences through our affiliate marketing channels. We're looking for a skilled KOL Specialist to help us expand our reach, build strong brand awareness, and boost user acquisition through trusted influencer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and manage relevant KOLs, streamers, influencers, and content creators (local and regional) to represent the More Life Gaming brand.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and affiliate sign-ups.
Negotiate deals, rates, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring value for investment.
Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs to promote brand loyalty and advocacy.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize future campaigns based on data insights.
Collaborate with marketing and affiliate teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.
Stay updated on gaming and influencer marketing trends in Indonesia and SEA.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a KOL/Influencer Specialist, preferably in gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
Strong network or database of relevant KOLs/influencers in Indonesia.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and performance-driven influencer campaigns.
Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with gaming brands or communities.
Understanding of platforms like Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
Basic knowledge of data tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Bitly, affiliate dashboards).
