Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and manage high-quality KOL/influencers across TikTok & Instagram
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier and high-performing KOL
Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting)
Develop strategic and tailored creative briefs to maximize campaign performance
Drive and be accountable for GMV growth, ensuring strong conversion from KOL activities
Handle a high volume of KOL collaborations (up to 600 KOL per month) with consistent performance tracking
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a KOL Specialist / Influencer Marketing (agency experience is highly preferred)
Women 23 - 30 Years Old
Min Bachelor's degree IPK 3.00
Proven track record in handling high GMV campaigns (not only awareness/engagement)
Strong existing network with top-tier or high-performing KOL is a major advantage
Deep understanding of KOL metrics:
Engagement rate
Viewers & traffic quality
Conversion rate & GMV contribution
Ability to differentiate strategy between:
Live streaming KOL
Video/content KOL
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills (able to take action when GMV decreases)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English
