KOL Specialist

Job Descriptions:

1. Build and maintain a relationship / serve as the point of contact with talent managers, agents, publicist, and talent/KOL directly to execute campaign/project.
2. Creative, passionate, and savvy with social media trends and familiar with digital campaigns or activations
3. Maintain good relationship with influencer / KOL
4. Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs to promote the brand
5. Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or a related field, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
2. Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/communities.
3. Great time management skills and attention to detail
4. Can design (visual & video) is a Plus
5. Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of influencer content.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
7. Work location is at PIK 2 – Tangerang
