Company Description
LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We’re looking for a Product Developer who can combine product insight, market understanding, and cross-team communication to help shape high-performing products across our ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
1. Skilled in designing influencer marketing strategies from plan, execute, to performance review
2. Weekly & Monthly reporting affiliates performance.
3. Achieve Monthly Target KOL.
4. Good communication skill verbal and non-verbal
5. Able to negotiate contracts and KOL fees based on allocated budget
6. Familiar with brand KPIs: traffic, views
7. Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams
What we’re looking for:
1. Min 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing in Ritel Industry
2. Area of expertise: Google Analytics, TikTok Creator Tools, Instagram Insights, etc.
3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, content coordination, timeline management, payment, and performance review
4. Collaborate with content, creative, and social media teams to ensure brand messaging and campaign objectives are aligned
5. Up-to-date with industry trends, competitor KOL activities, and emerging influencers to continuously improve campaign creativity and effectiveness
6. Able to work independently & in a team
7. Sharp analytic
8. Fast Learner
9. Able to WFO in West Jakarta
