Job Description:
- Develop KOL campaign strategies and plans that are aligned with the company's marketing and branding objectives.
- Create long-term and short-term campaign timelines and roadmaps.
- Establish communication and negotiate with KOLs, talent agencies, and communities.
- Conduct research and mapping to identify relevant KOLs/influencers in terms of niche, value, audience demographics, and engagement rate.
- Create clear and inspiring creative briefs to guide KOLs in creating content, while ensuring brand messages are conveyed.
- Monitor competitor activities and KOL campaigns conducted by other brands.
- Evaluate KOL effectiveness and provide recommendations for further collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest trends on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and brand-KOL collaboration trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major, (Communication, Marketing very well-liked.)
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in influencer marketing are welcome
- Skills: Negotiation, data analysis, project management, exceptional communication, Communication.
- Experience in the Fashion industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media, KOL tools, and the brand industry.
- Proactive, creative, and organized.
