💼 Job Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit content creators for TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate programs.
- Communicate and collaborate with creators to promote products through affiliate links.
- Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely content publishing.
- Monitor affiliate performance (orders, GMV, CTR, conversion, engagement).
- Identify high-performing creators and build long-term partnerships.
- Support campaign execution during marketplace events (double date, flash sale, etc.).
- Provide weekly reports and insights on creator and campaign performance.
📌 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL Specialist / Influencer Marketing / Affiliate roles.
- Experience managing TikTok Shop or Shopee affiliate programs is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
- Able to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Understanding of affiliate metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, engagement).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
