Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
Experienced in handling both paid and barter KOL collaborations
Good understanding of local consumers, trends, and culture
Have a strong KOL resource network and database
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; experience in KOL contracts and collaborations is a plus

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain good relationships with existing and potential KOLs
Develop KOL collaboration plans based on products, target audiences, and marketing objectives
Identify and select suitable KOLs based on campaign requirements and target audience
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, rates, and timelines with KOLs
Coordinate and follow up on KOL content production and publication
Monitor KOL performance and analyze campaign results based on relevant metrics
Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations for future KOL collaborations
