Job Description:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and partners.
- Identify and approach potential affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide affiliates with promotional materials, product information, and campaign updates.
- Track affiliate commissions and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and platform guidelines.
- Establishing and maintain strong relationships with KOL.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Up-to-date about the latest beauty trends in TikTok.
- Proven experience in operating TikTok Seller.
- Able to operate Ms Office ( Word and Excel ).
- Able to speak English.
- Willing to WFO in Pluit, Jakarta Utara.
- Able to join ASAP are preferrable.
