Job Description
- Research and identify the best KOLs across various digital platforms to align with the brand and campaign goals, ensuring strong brand representation.
- Approach and engage with potential KOLs, negotiate terms, cost, and finalize collaboration details through clear and professional communication.
- Develop campaign briefs for KOLs, outlining expectations, deliverables, timelines, and creative direction.
- Coordinate with KOLs regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution of each phase of the campaign.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align KOL campaigns with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of KOLs through key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), providing insights for future campaigns.
- Continuously maintain strong relationships with KOLs, offering feedback and support to build long-term partnerships.
Qualification
- Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related fields is preferred
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related fields with a proven track record of successful campaign
- Excelent verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate, create briefs, and maintain relationship with KOLs
- Strong ability to negotite terms, contracts, and campaign details with KOLs to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple project, from research and selection campaign execution and monitoring
- Ability to adapt a dynamic environment, hight attention to detail, interpersonal skilss and passion for the beauty industry
