Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- More than 1 year experience in KOL/Influencer management
- Strong network and understanding of social media influencers, especially on Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtobe
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaign that align with both brand awareness and sales goals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end KOL/Influencer management collaborations
- Identity, engage, and establish relationships with influencer/KOLs in line with the company's brand goals
- Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations with KOLs, including setting compensation and deliverables
- Design and execute campaign strategies with KOLs to enhance brand awareness
- Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization, with a focus on archieving GMV targets.
