Job Description
* Manage and execute KOL campaigns from planning to execution.
* Source and reach out to KOLs on a large scale across different categories.
* Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and talent.
* Identify suitable KOLs across Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega tiers.
* Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate campaign deliverables.
* Monitor KOL performance and campaign results.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, KOL Management, or similar role.
* Experienced in reaching out to and managing KOLs at scale.
* Strong understanding of Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega KOL tiers.
* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Able to work WFO in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
* Available to join immediately / ASAP.
