Job Description:
As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute influencer/KOL marketing campaigns from end to end
- Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers, KOLs, and digital communities
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers/KOLs
- Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to measure effectiveness (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.)
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social media teams to ensure campaign success
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Qualification:
- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Has experience in influencer marketing or KOL management at least 1 year
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, etc
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate campaign performance
- Established network with influencers and digital communities is a plus
- Creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
- Willing to work Monday–Saturday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience using analytics tools or influencer platforms is a plus
