What You'll Do:
- Handle the full KOL management cycle: sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Work with nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop KOL strategies and campaign concepts that align with product launches and marketing goals.
- Create clear briefs and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate product send-outs and approvals with internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate KOL performance (engagement, views, conversions, sentiment).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and influencer agencies.
- Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to ensure our KOL approach is fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiar with creator marketing on TikTok and Instagram—including rate negotiation and content evaluation.
- Excellent project management skills: organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and creators at once.
- Strong communication skills—both for creator engagement and internal coordination.
- Based in Jakarta and able to work full-time from our office.
