Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist PT. ANGKASA PANCING INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute KOL & Affiliate strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Identify, shortlist, and manage KOLs/Affiliates that fit the brand image across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Initiate, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and Affiliates via DM, email, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate end-to-end collaboration processes, including product seeding, content timelines, posting schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare clear campaign briefs, key messages, and content guidelines for KOLs and Affiliates.
- Monitor content performance and ensure timely posting in accordance with campaign plans.
- Manage and continuously update KOL & Affiliate databases (contacts, rate cards, contracts, performance metrics).
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (reach, engangement, views, conversions, ROI).
- Evaluate campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in KOL & Affiliate marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing.
- Willing to learn about the fishing community and industry (having a fishing background is a plus).
- Experienced in handling KOL outreach, negotiations, and collaboration management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Drive; experience with influencer tools or affiliate platform is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of results.
