Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist Mantappu Corp.

What you will do
  • Research and identify potential KOLs who align with the agency's focus and values.
  • Manage MCN platform for TikTok
  • Maintain relationships with KOL.
  • Initiate outreach campaigns to establish connections and partnerships with KOLs.
  • Engage in effective communication to convey the agency's mission and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, outlining terms, deliverables, and compensation.
  • Monitor the performance and impact of KOL collaborations using relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to internal stakeholders.

What you need
  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 1-2 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing Agency is a plus
  • Passion for the creators economy and a genuine interest in influencer marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand promotion, especially on TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and follow through on projects.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
  • Willing to Work From Office in Jakarta Barat
