What you will do:
- Initiate and execute KOL plans end to end (hunting, dealing, creating briefs, scheduling, payment)
- Reporting and creating next steps suggestions based on KOL performance
- Spot trends and create campaign ideas for KOL
- Obtain free exposure from KOL by providing products
- Manage relationship with KOL's
Skills you need:
- Understand which KOL is best fit for the brand
- Strong understanding of what makes a viral content on TikTok
- Storytelling and copywriting
- Always up to date and have a high ability to identify trends
- Knowledge and passion for skincare & beauty industry
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Energetic
