What you will do:
• Plan, execute, and manage KOL & influencer campaigns for monthly and seasonal marketing plans.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who match our brand vibe from wellness & foodie to pilates & runners.
• Handle communication, negotiation, and collaboration with KOLs & their management teams.
• Work closely with our creative and social media team to ensure every collab feels authentic and on-brand.
• Track campaign results (reach, engagement, conversions) and continuously improve based on data & insights.
• Stay ahead of social trends, viral content, and creative collab opportunities in the F&B lifestyle scene.
What We’re Looking For
• Min. 2 years experience in KOL / Influencer / Marcom role (F&B, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Updated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer trends.
• Great sense of aesthetics and storytelling — you get what looks good on camera.
• Organized, analytical, and can juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Passionate about healthy living, good food, and the lifestyle that comes with it.
Bonus Points
• Already have a personal KOL / influencer network.
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or influencer tracking platforms.
• Love café culture & community events
