About Jointly: Jointly is a leading marketing agency that drives impactful campaigns for brands across various industries. We are seeking a talented and motivated KOL Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and expanding our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify the success of our clients’ marketing campaigns. If you have a strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience working with KOLs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators to support client campaigns.
- Identify and onboard new KOLs across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create effective influencer marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor KOL performance during campaigns, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to identify new KOL opportunities.
- Coordinate influencer content, ensuring it aligns with the campaign’s goals and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Located in Yogyakarta or Solo
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing KOLs for successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports based on campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
