# Shopee Affiliate KOL (Skincare & Beauty)
## Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and performance-driven Shopee Affiliate KOL to promote our skincare and beauty products through engaging content and live streaming activities. This role is responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and generating GMV through the Shopee Affiliate ecosystem while building trust and engagement with audiences.
## Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging skincare and beauty content, including product reviews, tutorials, before-after results, skincare routines, unboxing videos, and educational content.
* Promote products using Shopee Affiliate links, campaign vouchers, and promotional tools.
* Conduct Shopee Live sessions to demonstrate product usage, explain product benefits, ingredients, and answer customer questions.
* Drive product sales and increase GMV through affiliate marketing activities and content creation.
* Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support product launches, campaigns, and mega sale events.
* Stay updated with beauty trends, skincare ingredients, and consumer preferences to create relevant content.
* Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including clicks, conversions, orders, GMV, and engagement metrics.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a positive brand image.
## Requirements
* Active content creator, affiliate creator, KOL, or influencer in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle category.
* Familiar with Shopee Affiliate Program and Shopee ecosystem.
* Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live streaming sessions.
* Strong communication and audience engagement skills.
* Passionate about skincare and beauty products.
* Able to create short-form video content for TikTok, Shopee Video, and Instagram Reels.
* Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales and GMV targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience generating sales through Shopee Affiliate or live commerce platforms.
* Existing audience base with good engagement on social media platforms.
* Experience promoting skincare, beauty, or personal care products.
* Understanding of skincare ingredients, product benefits, and beauty trends.
