Responsibilities
✅ Source and identify potential KOLs and content creators
✅ Conduct outreach and negotiate barter collaborations
✅ Match products with suitable creators based on audience relevance
✅ Coordinate product shipment and content timelines
✅ Monitor content posting and campaign deliverables
✅ Maintain KOL database and performance tracking
✅ Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators
Requirements
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and creator trends
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
✔ Able to work on-site during working hours
Bonus Points If You Have
- Pengalaman handle KOL barter atau paid collaboration
- Mengerti basic performa konten (views, engagement, dll)
- Pernah handle campaign dengan banyak KOL sekaligus
- Familiar dengan tools seperti Canva/Capcut
