About the Role
As our KOL Intern, you’ll support the team in building strong relationships with influencers and creators. You’ll help us find the right voices, manage day-to-day coordination, and ensure campaigns run smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how influencer marketing works from the inside out.
Responsibilities
- Research and source potential KOLs who fit our brand.
- Support outreach and maintain communication with creators.
- Assist in preparing briefs, contracts, and campaign documents.
- Help monitor KOL deliverables and timelines.
- Collect and organize campaign results and data.
- Stay updated on Gen Z trends and new creators.
Must Have
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and communication.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
Bonus Points If You
- Have prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing.
- Know your way around TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends.
- Can spot up-and-coming creators before they blow up.
