Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Willing to work according to schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
Experienced in handling Afiliate & KOL/Influencers in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation
masterly in using MS. Office and Google Workspace
Quickly adapt to new platforms
Actively follow current trends on social media or the entertainment industry
Responsibilities:
Reach out and build a network of KOL on social media
Manage and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs/influencers
Creating ideas, planning and executing KOL/influencer campaigns
Creative and proactive following trends and knowledge on social media
Have sharp analytical skills and critical thinking
Assist marketing campaigns to generate KOL for each campaign
