Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist Leader Delapan Kreatif

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in a digital creative agency
Minimum 1 year experience leading a KOL team
Experienced handling KOL campaigns for multiple brands/clients
Strong understanding of KOL landscape, social media trends, and campaign strategy
Experienced in KOL sourcing, negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting
Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fast-paced agency experience is a plus
