About the Role
We are a fast-growing Beauty & Skincare company looking for a creative, passionate, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a KOL Intern and support influencer marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
What you'll be doing
* Research, identify, and manage KOLs / Influencers that align with brand objectives and target audience.
* Coordinate KOL collaborations, including briefing, content coordination, and campaign timelines.
* Ensure influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines and brand identity.
* Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and overall campaign results.
* Maintain KOL database, campaign records, and reporting documentation.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to support campaign execution.
* Stay updated with the latest social media, influencer marketing, and beauty industry trends.
* Support TikTok Live, TikTok Affiliate, and other digital campaign activities.
What we're looking
* Currently pursuing a university degree or SMK/SMK
* Aged 19–25 years old.
* Good communication and basic negotiation skills.
* Passionate about beauty, skincare, and social media trends.
* Active user of Instagram and TikTok
* Familiar with influencer marketing, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Live is a plus.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Eager to learn and able to work well in a team.
