KOL Specialist Intern
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented KOL Specialist Intern to join our team. If you are interested in fashion, beauty, influencer marketing, and social media trends, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant KOLs/influencers across social media platforms.
- Build and maintain KOL databases and tracking documents.
- Assist in KOL outreach, coordination, and follow-ups for campaigns and events.
- Support KOL shortlisting and campaign preparation.
- Help manage KOL invitations, RSVPs, and event attendance.
- Assist with event coordination and guest handling.
- Monitor KOL deliverables and prepare post-event reports.
- Support multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong interest in fashion, beauty, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus.
