Requirements
- Assist in identifying and researching potential KOLs based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Support KOL outreach, communication, and coordination throughout the campaign.
- Assist in preparing KOL campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor KOL content and ensure deliverables are completed according to the agreed brief.
- Maintain and update the KOL database, including profiles, rates, and campaign records.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging KOLs.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in KOL management, influencer marketing, and social media.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to learn and comfortable working with numbers, data, and campaign reports.
