Qualification :
- 1–3 years of experience in Creator Management, Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, MCN, or Social Commerce
- Strong understanding of Shopee/TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem
- Experience working with creators, KOLs, affiliators, or MCNs
- Comfortable working with performance metrics such as GMV, orders, CVR, views, engagement, and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing creator/affiliate network is a plus.
Job Desc :
- Manage and maintain relationships with creators under the MCN
- Develop creator growth strategies to improve content output, engagement, conversion, and GMV
- Provide creators with product recommendations, content direction, campaign information, and performance insights
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns between creators, brands, MCN, and internal teams
- Identify high-potential creators and develop them into consistent high-performing affiliates
- Maintain creator databases, performance tracking, campaign records, and regular reports
- Support creator community engagement and initiatives to improve creator retention and activation
