KOL Specialist - BD & Execution

Job Description

1. Identify, source, and recruit KOLs/Creators that align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
2. Negotiate collaboration fees and partnership terms within the allocated budget.
3. Coordinate end-to-end KOL execution, ensuring creators follow the campaign brief and timeline.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing creators for long-term collaborations.
5. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to achieving content and virality targets.

Requirements

1. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple KOL collaborations simultaneously.
3. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee content trends and creator ecosystem.
4. Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
5. Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Creator Acquisition, or Business Development.
