KOL Specialist - BD & Execution

Responsibilities

1. Source, recruit, and approach KOLs/creators based on campaign and brand requirements.
2. Conduct outreach, pitching, dealing, and negotiate rates & collaboration terms.
3. Coordinate KOL briefs, deliverables, content quality, and posting schedules.
4. Manage multiple KOL collaborations and ensure smooth campaign execution.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
6. Monitor content performance and identify potential viral/high-performing content.
7. Stay updated with TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee trends.

Requirements

1. 1+ year experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, KOL BD, or related roles.
2. Strong KOL sourcing, recruitment, communication, and negotiation skills.
3. Able to manage multiple creators and deadlines with strong execution.
4. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee trends.
5. Experience with affiliate/creator partnership is a plus.
6. Target-oriented and comfortable working with content/campaign KPIs.
7. Willing to work WFO in Grogol, West Jakarta.
