What you’ll do:
- Source and recruit KOLs/Creators
- Negotiate collaboration fees and partnership terms
- Coordinate end-to-end KOL campaign execution
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
- Monitor campaign performance and content targets
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple KOL collaborations
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee creator ecosystems
- Target-oriented with strong ownership
- Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing min. 1 year
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written) is required
