Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist and Marcomm PT Chari Makmur Indonesia
- Identification and Research: Identify potential key opinion leaders who align with the company's goals and target audience. Conduct thorough research to understand their influence, area of expertise, and reach.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with identified KOLs through various communication channels such as email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Develop strategies to collaborate with KOLs for various marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and content creation. This may involve seeking endorsements, testimonials, guest appearances, or co-creating content.
- Advocacy and Engagement: Encourage KOLs to advocate for the company's products, services, or brand. Monitor and analyze their activities to ensure alignment with the company's values and messaging.
- Event Planning and Management: Organize events where KOLs can participate as speakers, panelists, or guests to enhance the company's credibility and exposure.
- Content Development: Work with KOLs to generate high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, or social media posts that promote the company's offerings and expertise.
- Data Analysis: Track and measure the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of KOL initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring both parties benefit from the collaboration and that legal and ethical considerations are met.
- Compliance: Ensure all interactions and partnerships with KOLs adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' KOL strategies, and emerging influencers who may be relevant to the company's objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, PR, sales, and product teams to align KOL initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Continuous Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with KOLs to nurture long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Public Relation or Marketing Communication
- Preferable at least 1 years of experience in similar roles (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbal & written
- Experience in process management and developing client relationships
- Experience with new business development and building long-term, external partnerships
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to relocate to Surakarta City
