Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in communication / management, or relevant field.
- Proven min. 2 years of working experience in KOL Paid & Affiliate or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Has a proven track record of driving GMV growth.
- Proficient in using analytics tools.
Job Descriptions:
- Identify, source, & build relationship with relevant KOLs.
- Identify & recruit affiliates to join the affiliate program.
- Manage longterm relationship with KOLs & ensure consistent performance.
- Educate KOLs on product USPs & content strategist to drive conversions.
- Monitor KOL performance based on key metrics, including ER, GMV, & ROI.
- Prepare performance reports & actionable insights to support future strategy improvements.
