Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Outreach & Specialist PT SETIA ANUGRAH MENTARI
Identify and Recruit New KOLs:
- Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Initiate contact and build relationships with identified KOLs to establish collaboration opportunities.
Manage KOL Database:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and current KOLs.
- Regularly update and analyze the database to ensure accurate information and assess the effectiveness of KOL partnerships.
Negotiate and Offer Attractive Proposals:
- Conduct negotiations with new KOLs to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Prepare and present compelling offers to entice KOLs to collaborate with the brand. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data management and database maintenance.
- Creative thinking with a deep understanding of social media trends and industry dynamics. SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Effective presentation and proposal development abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with influencer management tools and CRM software.
