Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable KOLs based on the target audience and campaign objectives.
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure KOLs clearly understand brand guidelines and key messages.
- Prepare content scripts, talking points, and creative direction for influencer campaigns.
- Review and approve content before publication to ensure brand compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Track budgets and maintain campaign documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
